About the Speaker:

Natalia Ortiz de Zarate Crespo is a Manager of ISO Technical Committee TC 228 “Tourism and related services” and works for Spanish Association for Standardization (UNE) she has many years of experience in the field of standardization in the tourism industry.

Natalia will teach you about the importance of appliyng the Standard for any individual or organization that offers a bareboat for charter, and how the whole industry benefits once the standards are implemented.
